Is oil going to $12 - if so we are all in trouble - The posts over the last six months said oil won't break 18, 17, 16......Now we are at 14.30 and no matter how much drilling is not linked to the price of oil at this point I believe it will start to see adjustments to cap expenditure programs - Wow this is ugly.

Any one have a view whether XOI puts are a good hedge here, and, if so, how to play it? XOI broke support at 460 and is now heading lower.

The report sent April Crude tumbling 50 cents to $14.41. Earlier in the session, the contract hit its lowest level since April '94."
