So, finish the story on the computers. Did you ever get through to
support? What was wrong wrong with the computers? What did you do
with the so-called "CRAP"?

I don't need someone to do any math for me...THANK YOU VERY LITTLE!

I have a very hard time believing anyone making wild statements such as yours regarding this type of quality (or lack thereof.) Do you honestly think either "bear" or "bull" on this thread will digest the possibility that Dell is making computers of the type of inferior quality you are suggesting?

Anyone that is in business, and expects to remain in business, knows two of the secrets of remaining competitive and gaining market share are a good quality product and good customer service.

A lot of questions come to mind when I hear someone make a comment about buying five of anything resulting in a less than positive experience for their company. Would you go out and buy 5 identical pairs of sneakers without trying one out for awhile? If you did this for a business I am amazed your superiors didn't question your competence when (and IF) all 4 or 5 units failed. Most people lose their credibility within an organization, if not their job, for doing exactly what you said you did. So you're saying you bought computers for your company because you didn't know any better and you believed some sort of "hype." How did that excuse set with your superiors?
