David, It is confusing right now, but I think we are moving in the right direction....this is all my own opinion, but these big names and big deals could not have been dreamed up yesterday....When the dust settles, I think we will understand how big this is and will be. Right now, the company has to be careful not to provide inappropriate information, while deals are in process....

God speed!

Re: Question Tom Burgess as a "front?" No way. Remember, there are a lot of entities that have come together in only a short bit of time. All of this, coupled with Doubleclick's emergence as the frontrunner, creates pressures on many fronts.

The way I see it, the players have just sat down at the table: Double click already has it's pieces arranged, playing white; NETZ is just about set up and ready to respond, playing black. White may have the advantage of the first move; however, black has the advantage of seeing white make the first mistake.

If NETZ issued the shares to ESVS, then ESVS becomes an investor (with a large equity stake). Netz in return gets cash for continuing operations and developement. How much?? Who knows....

Sure, ok, ESVS becomes a large investor in NETZ. Why? I am not sure I buy the guess that Lair is hot on WebAds and wants a piece of the action. Creative financing feels more like it...

I just don't get it... Why make this deal?
