Larry: I know that I have been critical in the past of the "management" of Oilex and that we have agreed to disagree on that issue.

But regarding the production and properties issue. I would agree with you to some extent. If Oilex could start presenting real production and plans for future development then I'd take another look at the company.

A few questions that might help us analyze past, present and future production:

1. Omar said on this thread that we should give them until the end of January to show Big Foot production. It's now several weeks later and Omar is no where to be seen and there have been no new data on Big Foot production. Any information from the company on production in Big Foot would be of interest.

2. There's been hints lately of the company wanting to develop West Virginia. Hopefully, the company could share with us it's plans for development of the Greenbriar and Pocahantos Counties properties in West Virginia.

3. Finally, I think any update on the current status of, and future development plans for, the following properties would be of great interest to all:

A. Jackson County lease.
B. Luling Field in Caldwell County.
C. Walker Queen Field in Pecos County.
D. Revilo Unit in Scurry County.
E. Wilson leases in Jefferson County, Texas.
F. Holdings in Rio Blanco County, Colorado.
G. Holdings in Carbon and San Juan Counties, Utah.
H. Holdings in Mississippi.

Larry, I think you are correct that we would be better off if there was more discussion of production and development plans. Hopefully, the company can shed some light on the holdings above.

Larry--
"Barely a yawn"? I thought the offer of $2.2mm for what Oilex has Oilex has led us to believe is worth hundreds of times that to not be a serious or credible offer. Only a company desperate for funds and not mindful of the future would consider selling, so I did not even bother talking about it.

West Virginia? We have heard nothing about that...nothing. What are we supposed to get all excited about?

Oilex tells us nothing. Are we supposed to be excited about nothing, Larry?

Cheers!
Rick

TO ALL OILEX SHAREHOLDERS:

I was sent some PR from Oilex's PR firm in NY , from a third party. The letter, which I used in making a decision to purchase olex, has FALSE items in it; "Aquired 20% of Oil Retrival Systems, Aquired United Energy Corp, Aquired 40% holdings Titan Energy Corp, DEBT: Nil
I am filing a complaint with the SEC with their Office of Investor Education & Assistance. They have told me if they find any items that are false statements, which I think these are, they will investingate OLEX. I feel lied to by OLEX and their PR firm even if this is third party information they should be aware of what is being sent to potential shareholders! IF it is false information then that in my opinion is criminal! Olex will debate this LET THEM. The SEC will find out. I do need to know if anyone can tell me if anyone associated with OLEX has ever had any thing filied against them, criminal charges, something to do with improper stock things, please post a message, with any info that is documented so I may include it to the SEC. A stock that goes from a post split $20 to .25 cents there is something definitley wrong here! I will let the SEC find out for me just what is wrong. Thank you betrayed OLEX shareholders. Leave your email address so I may contact you.
