DBCCs current internet model (Signal online, StockEdge, BMI, CBS.MarketWatch, BondEge, BondVu...) appears solid and right on the money. Hirschfield and Tessler and their entrenched Board of Directors should be terminated for cause. We are very comfortable with the people at DBC online, Capital Management Sciences and what is now CBS MarketWatch. These people are hot. The only thing we like about Hirschfield and Tessler and their entrenched Board is their age, shareholdings and the probability they want to cash in...
