Its interesting that he is so well informed considering he always said in his newsletters that he did not participate on SI by either reading it or posting to it...

Actually I wonder if Gayle is trying to develop and set new ground breaking law here by considering an unsigned public post to serve as the same effect as a court ordered service. Hummmm! On the other hand, if he never "publicly posted", who was that guy sending me all those emails from those texas sounding sites (note I'm still so intimidated that I don't want to mention any names, even if I had ever figured out the incestuous relationships there). Likewise when I objected to the "jumped, skyrocketed, flew, leaped" type language used to describe a stock that traded one day on the bid and the next on the offer with a large spread (often actually down for the day other than for the last trade), I thought it was Gayle's fingers on the keyboard who responded. Guess I'll have to go back thru all my floppies and see if I can figure out who the masked writer was. Oopps, just revealed I got stuff from there on floppies, does this mean I have to worry about my briefcase, I mean my house, being broken into and searched?? Aahhh, I'm not worried, my four attack cats will protect the place. Even if they don't hurt an intruder, they'll mark them with so much loose fur that we can trail them to where they hole up by all the cat hair! And if that doesn't do the trick, guess I'll have to call on my two friends, Smith and Wesson (.357 Magnum)! tom w
