Spectrian Corp. (SPCT) 16 1/2 -3/4: designer of linear radio frequency power amplifiers says it expects to report a Q4 operating loss,
on revenues of $25-$30 mln, which would represent a 36% to 47% decline sequentially. The company was expected to earn $0.14 a
share for the qtr.... (The fundamentals continue to weaken in the wireless industry)...
