Q3. Until then it barks...

The guidance has been that Q1 will be flat and Q2 could be flat to slightly down if VCD acts like it did last year.
I expect significant news before than that could change the picture.

The noise that I'm hearing jives with what others have posted.
VCD is not acting like it did last year. It's still strong when at this time last year it had already dropped off. But remember ASP's have come down too.

The Divicom revenues starts ramping up in Q3.
DVD starts a more significant ramp in Q3.
VCD ramps up end of Q3 and goes into Q1.

Positive wild cards:
OEMs signing up for Ziva.
More significant Settop box wins for Divi.
VCD doesn't drop off.

If your trying to play this short term It's going to be tough.
You could probably trade it up and down like others have for a few bucks in the meantime.
That's too much work for me, I'm not a short term trader.

lisa, CUBE

I do agree in your investment stretegy. I'm in Cube now because I
expected a move as it poked thru 22. I'm in somewhere around 21. I saw it as a 4th qtr stock as dvd's should be an integral part of pc's and tv's. Either investors are not as forward looking as I am, or they know something I don't. I suspect the latter. Let's face it, Merrill, A.G., and all those others have far more info access than we do. Now if they'd only report the whole story and not just the parts that move the market in their direction.
Then again, they'd be out of business! :-) -- Larry
