GJC: WOTD was created as an acquisition company, it may not have an office or employees in Seattle, it was just incorporated there. RF Charles ("agent") filed the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State, and made an amendment to the status of WOTD in January, 1998. Other than that, this person may not have any relation to the company. ("Agent" is the person submitting forms to the state when a company is created). As far as I know, they don't have any business at this point, but are planning to acquire oil and tire distributors. Hope Jack Arnold corrects me if I'm wrong. Regards, Milk
