No where is it said that 50M is going into NETZ - Its into ESVS

Gawd! You guys! Now, who is investing in who and in what way? Please spell it out since I am totally confused!

If ESVS invests in NETZ I would expect ESVS to pay (ie lend) funds to NETZ. Right? The ESVS release says: Enhanced Services Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESVS - news), announced today that it has made a significant investment in ZULU-tek, Inc. (OTC:BB ''NETZ''),

Then further down the ESVS release says: A $50 million private placement of convertible preferred shares will begin in mid-March to provide the financial strength to position the group as the premier Internet Solutions Provider. What is this? ESVS is now selling equity to someone (NETZ?) to become a better ISP.

Hold on while I put my head in a bucket of cold water I have standing by. [Fzzzzz] Ok, better, but I'm still not sure who's coming or going here. And to whom.
