By all means, send this to me at: ddotnek@bellsouth.net IMHO, the fact that you were mistakenly idenified and reported to be Silverman by the esteemed journalist (Essary) should be grounds for damages. I remember--very well--your email requests for information. These are archived with the State and SEC. I suspect that--at some point in time--Rehtorik will be called upon to answer why he did not respond to valid inquiries/questions from investors. (Possibly he was waiting for Essary to pen a reply he could send to you?) Ken

Do I qualify as a private person? The total lies written by Gayle about me continue to follow me a year later. Let's see, I was a shorter of the stock, a jewel thief, corporate break in artist, the list goes on and on. The worst probably was his printing the bogus letters by their counsel which did not respond at all to our letters but were part of the campaign to hurt me so the scam could continue. Everyone involved in this wrongful act should be properly punished. Has anyone heard from Jeff Silverman lately? I asked him to send me copies of his proof that I was part of the mafia but never received it. Jeff Silverman, one of the worst examples of humanity. Has he moved? That guy lied to anyone, he did not care as long as he benefited. Disgusting.
