Teri **OT** It's called satire. Parody of a silly 1950's TV ad telling the public what they need. I find it completely amazing that anyone would take something which used the words 'homemaker', 'man-of-the-house', 'Buffy' and 'Sissy' seriously. You need to watch some of the old ads. They are unintentionally both hilarious and embarrassingly uncomfortable. Lighten up!!

PS I am surprised at the amount of restraint you showed given that you thought I was serious. Very impressive self-control. I would have gone much more ballistic than you. But still, for future reference, if you see something that weird on a board, it would be a good idea to assume it is parody.
