Bill,

That still pretty well sums it up, in my opinion. It is very similar to the original 6/96 press release from Strategic Advisory Inc. (or something like that)--you know, the one that's still available on the ABMI web site! In the latter's case, their $6 price target for 18-months turned out to be optimistic, but the reasoning still seems more or less valid.

One additional point to watch, that hasn't gotten a lot of attention, is that there are still some ascertainable number (I haven't checked lately) of B and C series preferred shares still held by the folks who snapped up the private placements. I know a bunch were converted to common last year, but don't know if that is continuing this quarter, and it's pretty hard to know if these folks have proceeded to sell or hold.

There may be some selling pressure coming from these guys, as some of these types like to keep their money moving, but there's no way of saying right now. We sometimes tend to overlook the potential impact on a penny stock from option, warrant, or convertible preferred exercisers cashing out--a few shares suddenly in the hands of people who have no long-term commitment can lead to a steady overhang of sell orders. The new 10K should be available within weeks, and it will be interesting reading--I'll check this out.

Still looking good.

Tom
