Ken

Do you remember about a month before (not sure on the time frame) you, me, and two other investors had a four way conversation via land line about a 500 million dollar oil refinery plant to be started or purchased in El Salvadore. One of the investors lived in Texas and the other in California. When we asked you about the validity of this next "BIG DEAL" that GIFS was going to enter into I beleive you answered that such a deal did not exist to your knowledge. Perhaps you said they were working on something like this but no weres near the magnitude of 500 Million dollars. Its been awhile since that conversation took place so details are sketchy in my mind as I try to remember the details. I'm sure you remember this conversation, but then maybe you don't. The information about this 500 million dollar deal was not known to most of the GIFS investors (to my knowledge) but was secretly emailed to various investors myself being one of them. The rumor quickly spread from one investor to next investor and so on and obviously was consider as insider information. I do not know how many investors got wind of this bogus information but no doubt this inforamtion was purposely created to entice individuals to keep buying into GIFS as the monitary rewards would have been spetacular. With this type of inside information it would be only normal for investors to load up on GIFS stock as fast as they could buy it while the perpetrators of the the lie were selling or shorting the stock. My questions are. Seeing the names of the perpetrators names envolved in the GIFS scam have already been named I wouldn't think it necessary to keep secret those envolved in getting this rumor started. My questions are. Thinking back, this fourway phone conversations was just days before the State of TN walked into the GIFS office in Chattanooga.

1. Who originated this rumor?

2. Would it be possible at this time to tell who was shorting the stock knowing the El Salvadore deal was a hoax?

3. Have others asked you about this scenario?

4. Were all the named perpetrators aware of this hoax?

5. Were there any others aware of the hoax not mentioned in the GIFS scam?

6. Are any investors or any of the perpetrators possibly entering into a government "witness protection" program in order to catch bigger fish in the sea. Such as drug dealers. Gun runners. I realize this question is a little of the wall, but I think this could be a strong possibility.

7. Mo's SS# 242-23-6164 no longer exists as Mo's SS#. Why would that be?

If you can't post some of thes answers feel free to email me.
