It is estimated that between 10-20 million men in the U.S. and Canada suffer from from erectile dysfunction which is defined as being the inability to achiever or maintain an erection. It is more common in the over 50 age group and can be caused by a number of different reasons including vascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, medication, drinking, smoking and drug abuse.
