Snake let me give you the persons name who I spoke to so you may talk to him directly. His name is Tom Krause (sic?). He said the board did not meet to approve a reverse split. As you said that does not mean the board did not meet or discuss it. Of course he was presenting the official company position and was authorized to speak on it. He called me back within 5 minutes after I left a message on his voice mail specifically stating I wanted to discuss the reverse speculation.
