Originally, Oracle's version of JBuilder was supposed to be released this quarter. But I recently saw that it has now been pushed back to April. Not much info on Oracle's web site. It appears the product is going to be called AppBuilder. No product info (screenshots, etc) that I can see.

Just in time for JBuilder 2.0, which is supposed to come out next quarter.

I expected Delphi 4 (with C++Builder enhancements), but I think that will be the following quarter with a simultaneous release of C++Builder 4, both of which will, most likely, provide CORBA support.
