In other words, Dan, what you said about insiders is unsubstantiated. Your personal opinion. Rumor. Possibility, Maybe, could be, etc, etc, etc. Again. Telescan shows buying. I personally have no direct knowledge. However, Telescan will usually show selling the day it is filed. There has been nothing but buying.

Dan, honestly, I don't want to question your integrity or your right to short, or your right to question what is going on with ACRT. I have always talked to the companies I invest in. I have been burned in the past, so I am very wary of what a company has to say. ACRT has had it's credibility slammed for the last 3 months, by shorts, without one iota of proof that ACRT is anything except one heck of a good company. I have talked to ACRT spokespeople on several occasions, and I have found them to be totally on the up and up, on both the good and bad. They are not there doing the Rah-Rah speech. I have found their frankness and their time proven honesty to be incredibly refreshing in the investment world. I'd suggest you call ACRT with your questions. My bet is, they'll give you a straight answer.
