Much of the over 4M in stated short interest is the result of
VSGN arbitrage.
It is automatically eliminated by delivery of the VSGN shares
purchased in the other side of the position.

Paul:

I would not characterize BORL as a safe haven. The reason they are not being killed as dramatically as INTC and CPQ is we are software and those guys are PC related hardware. Software should hold up better over any collapse if we are to have one or sector rotation which we definitely are having.

And don't take the VJ++ news as a death knell. I definitely am not. It would be interesting to see how the developer community receives the product. As I mentioned in my post, MSFT has some explaining to do with the obvious windows tie-ins. This alone gives BORL an opportunity since its version is not tied in to Windows - see BORL's window of opportunity is not closed! Still pretty "open" to me.

Also I suspect JBuilder is attacking a different space and its tools definitely will find wide appeal. Don't worry!

Shane.
