why dont you ask him why they havnt released financials, when they stated about a week ago that they were going to in "one or two days"?

answer: the press release hype needs to bump the price up further
before investors can jump ship. anyone who expects the financials to anything but hugely negative is kidding themselves..

Did you get a future price as to what ESVS can convert down the road or at least a feeling as to what it should be.
What was Tom's feeling / attitude towards the 50 Million injection.?
