I agree that the book value is not a reason to get into DSSI,
And it is and has been under value.

Part of its under value been because it is difficult to see what DSSI is a software co a holding co etc etc.

of note is that DSSI holding of TSEMF are coming to 5 years, and once that deadline is met the tax disadvantages for DSSI to sell TSEMF expire. Also The different parts of DSSI are going to be or close to profitable. So unless DSSI is going to spring another write off, they should be cutting their loss or may be profitable , Once that happens they will get better valuation. and that where its different parts comes into play.

But I do agree with you that for the present COMVERGE is the reason to be in DSSI. And today is another + development.
