Kevin, he was obviously restricted on much of what I wanted to know. I will elaborate further, but basically they are fully committed to be a reporting company, and he sees the SB-2 as just the beginning of the process. When I told him that we were grateful for the professional nature of the recent releases and the information flow, the feeling I got was that there will be more of the same very shortly, although I could not speculate on when. He did mention again, in heavy emphasis, that there will be no further dilution, so until we know otherwise from a factual standpoint, I think that issue is dead. He said that as a possibility at some point in the future, there may be a preferred exchange with current shareholders, but again, only a possibility. I came to the conclusion that Ira seems very professional and sincere about their efforts to increase the value of the stock through growth as well as the share price. Jin.
