Hi Mauro. You appear to find comfort in BB News Release. I read it too.
Doesn't it concern you when "Mr Bishop acknowledges he is not clear exactly what is before the Venezuela Supreme Court, but no matter, Crystallex will probably emerge with the 12-million-ounce concession."

Boy do I ever trust Mr. BB's DD now!! I can't believe he would make a statement like that!!

He doesn't know "what is before the Ven courts" and based on that lack of knowledge, beleives KRY "will probably emerge with the 12-million-ounce concession."

The guy is a genious!!!

> For those on the long side of the Crystallex equation, this happy result could stem from a combination of a favourable court ruling
on title to the Las Cristinas deposit, along with a clearing out
of those who are shorting the stock. The longs do not have to sell,
Mr Bishop states, but if the shorts are on the wrong side of
this story, they will have to buy. Mr Bishop acknowledges he is
not clear exactly what is before the Venezuela Supreme Court, but
no matter, Crystallex will probably emerge with the 12-million-ounce
concession. "Whether we get a decision or, as some believe, an
administrative ruling that would make a ruling from the court
a mere formality, I think a win is right around the corner,"
he writes.

Well I've reread my copy of BB's 2-27 issue of Gold Mining Stock Report and can't find a statement that he is not clear on what's
before the court. I wouldn't infer that from the above quote, but
rather take it to mean that some believe (not necessarily BB) that before the court ruling is released, MEM might come out and reverse it's previous actions, allowing KRY to proceed without the ruling.

Sure hope Assino makes some more noise - I'd like to pick up
some more below $ 5.00.
