Even if I were to admit that KRY was engaged in FRAUD and DECEIT (which I most certainly do not), do two wrongs make a right in your book? You certainly seem to have a hard time grasping moral issues.

Asensio has been found guilty of the above, no ifs, ands, or buts. Hardly so for KRY. In fact the only major source who is saying this (other than the rabble on the Internet forums) is from an acknowledged FRAUDSTER and DECEIVER. See my point yet?

Viper: Since you admit that it is perfectly acceptable to use fraud and deceit when a 250,000 dollar loss results in shaving billions of dollars off in market cap, I wonder if you might comment as to the lengths Manny might go to if he saw himself losing several tens of millions in a mistaken short position that could quickly move against him. Are you aware that he changed his last name spelling? Are you aware that he could be shifting assets to avoid payment on his 1989 judgment for FRAUD and DECEIT? Are you aware of how he avoided depositions and virtually all discovery requests in Solvex's litigation against him?
