More dilution: Special warrant financing International Pursuit Corporation IPJ Shares issued 28,562,795 Mar 6 close $2.93 Mon 9 Mar 98 News Release Mr Stephen Dattels reports The board of directors has authorized the issuance of 3,000,000 special warrants to acquire 3,000,000 units, each unit comprised of one share and a half warrant, each full warrant entitling the holder to subscribe for one share at $4.00 until June 30 1999. The special warrants will be sold at $2.50 and will be offered on a best efforts basis.
