George, There may be a few other words just as applicable as to how shareholders are viewed by management, such as: Clueless, unaware, disdain, contempt But my favorite: amúbivúaúlent - simultaneous attraction toward (that would be our money) and repulsion from an object, person (that would be US), or action. The classic approach, avoidance conflict from Psyc 101. I sure hope I will be able to look back on this someday and laugh (not hysterically).
