Hi Steve,

I bought the May 10s for 5/8. I think it will take awhile for reality to set in and March isn't enough time. This will probably shape up to be a very bad quarter in terms of revenue. I doubt there will be many companies buying NetWare this close to the promised release of 5.0 and I can't imagine VARs loading up on inventory that will be obsolete in a few months. NOVL tends to make it's best lows midway between earnings. So I figure toward the end of April for a target date. That should also give enough time for the SEC to have a look at the books if they are going to. I still can't figure out what the big trades are all about. They seem to be happening at the high points of the day on up ticks. Accumulation patterns are usually around the lows, in a very narrow trading range, with a lot of large blocks going on the bid.

Regards,

Don

As usual my opinions are not intended to be investment advise and anyone that trades options already has a ton of reading material describing the amount of risk involved. It's my money and when I'm wrong it costs me.
