AK: Don't recall the plan letter or number, I've been with them for so long now. However I do access via the internet rather than the dedicated line and that gets some discount (30%???). Takes a few minutes to download each evening, runs in the background while I check/read other posts here on SI or elsewhere. What sort of scans do you run?
