Flora, Thanx for the info. Yes, I now understand why a corp'n may not know all of its investors. The "street name" is something I am familiar with due to the fun I've had trying to get my brokerage to implement DRIPs (Dividend Reinvestment Plans) for me. Re: oversubscribing - I resemble that remark! I am one one of those who oversubscribed, and received, more than my original rights assigned. Although in my case, it was a minimal amount just to round out my holdings to an even multiple of blocks (nx100). JJ.
