I would not expect bad news.

I do find it surprising that Meredith is speaking at all. Usually, the Company just let's the pontificators preach doom and gloom until they're blue in the face, and then they release a stellar earnings report that blows the bears out.

Perhaps the Company is concerned about protecting the shareholders.

To take a contrarian view, maybe Meredith will drop some negative tid-bits to soften the impact of a slow-down in demand. I really don't see this as the case, though. The announcement on Friday, while it "kind of" lacked conviction, still was rather clear. Any contrary news would certainly open the Company up to shareholder lawsuits.

My bet's on positive news.

Now the real question is what will the analysts spew out about it?
