3, why bother with this guy? Everyone I know who has bought a Dell computer is happy with the machine. They consistently get the highest marks for product quality and customer satisfaction.

Regards,

Paul

I'm beginning to believe his statements are not fact. Read his 5 postings in the DELL thread, and you will see variations in his story.

First, there were 4 computer, then 5.

Second, from the statement "I've bought four DELL computers over the past year (for office and home) and there have always been delays....Nine business days is par for the course...", I infer that the purchase of the 4 (or 5) computers was from more that one order over a period of a the past year "always" having delays with an average of 9 days delivery.

Third, a reply later states that all computers were bought at the same time. Hmmmm. Sounds a lot like a lawyer, excuse me attorney, to me.

Don't sue me Evan, I'm just kidding with you.

Everyone I know who owns Dell computers is satisfied with both the computer and the service. Most of them wish they'd bought the stock too!!!!! (I tell them just do it!)
