Barry, do you get Fred Hickey's "High Tech Strategist" if not i highly recommend it. The latest issue arrived today among other things he mentioned the fact that CPQ factored over $1 billion dollars of receivables in the last Q. Fred says it looks like CPQ was trying to hide the channel stuffing of course CPQ has other excuses. Mike

Hi Barry, would you please elaborate a bit on the other half of the CPQ problems? I was a recent DEC investor who likes the potential of the merger. How long it's head will be held underwater I don't know.
