Thanks for the info on the USA Today article. The article was right on target. I like your ideas on an open letter to SEC. If we can get enough signitures it will be an issue the main street press will pick up on. It looks like we have some strong allies.

I'll try to contact John Olson (Securities Lawyer/Served on the Senate Panel). He seems to share our viewpoint on this issue. "The flow of information is healthy, but you don't want significant information to come out selectively" Even Aurther Levitt seems to grasp the problem. "Privileged access to information can demoralize investors and destablize investments."..."Selective disclosure is a high priority for SEC prosecution."

We just need to make sure these guys are serious about doing something.

BTW: I didn't hear back from Barrons. But then again I suppose most of the financial press is too connected to wall street to make any waves.
