Larscom Relocates to New, Larger Facility

MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 1997--Larscom Inc. (NASDAQ:LARS) today
announced that the company has relocated its headquarters to a new, larger facility in Milpitas.

The company will occupy 80,000 of the 120,000 square-foot custom designed building. The
remaining 40,000 square feet will initially be subleased to two other commercial tenants. Larscom
also maintains a facility in Research Triangle Park, N.C. and field sales offices located throughout the
United States.

''We had no choice but to expand our facilities to accommodate recent growth in the business,'' said
Bruce Horn, Larscom vice president, finance and CFO. ''We've decided to stay in Silicon Valley
because of the talent pool available here. Besides expanding the manufacturing area and adding
much needed office space, the new facility will include a product demonstration room and two
state-of-the-art labs which will be utilized for customer training.''

''With the growth we've experienced in broadband systems sales, our customers require more pre-
and post-sales support,'' said Peter Norton, Larscom assistant vice president of customer service.
''Customers need to know more about our products and how to integrate them into their networks.''

You guys are nuts....a few thousand shares sell and your trying to deeply analyze it. When there is ten times volume then we can more deeply analyze it or extended volume over a period of time. But as for yesterday my guess is a few more shares wanted to sell than buy, and Larscom is still Larscom!
