If you are so confident of the demise of AMD then you should short all your money on AMD. <<Also he is really not taking a risk that HE/SHE could go to JAIL and that boatload of money made in AMD stock could not go to the homeless.!!>> Jail? What the hell are you talking about. The knowledge of whether a company does well or not is not considered inside information. Inside information is considered when only the officers and board members know that are sensitive to stock price. This includes buyouts, mergers, etc. AMD has over 10,000s of employees. When their process yield, 10,000s of employees know. They go home and tell their friends and families of their company success. This information may or may not make the stock price goes up. Furthermore, most analysts already knew the information prior to most employees. The reason is that board members often have good relationship with the analysts. Apparently you are the only one that didn't get any private e-mails and are clueless. Maxwell
