Well,

There are several factors which induced me to come up with this figure.

1. Realtor.com & Microsoft Expedia.com deals alone will give plenty of revenue momentum in months ahead - housing & travel are the two hottest sectors now.

2. Marketing tie-up with Internet Explorer in europe will give plenty of exposure to SEEK. This will be a sure hitter.

3. Roughly, outstanding shares is half of XCIT's with float being about same. I think with all this frenzy of investors shifting assets to internet stocks, I won't be surprised if XCIT touches 60+ end of this week. If so, SEEK can't be south of 30(least) for long.

Remember, it is always the "future potential" that counts for internet stocks. We have it all in the face of SEEK with the above deals and with the current market conditions.

Finally we have takeover rumor etc etc... So 35 is my target in short term.
