Other Chap just wants to repeat old Wired news, which more and more I'm beginning to suspect results from former employees downsided by the new corporate mix.

After all, what Doubleclick, Zulu and others are doing represents a major new advertising industry. Read: Ad budgets--hello Budweiser! "Man those horses on that computer look good," to children and others.

Me? Over my Guinness I'll ponder and consider that any significant realignment in advertising inherently would have ripples, wouldn't it? Hello Wired.

My take is that you need to take an accounting class. Intro would be fine. Then you can get an idea of what your convertible preferreds are all about...
