Grumpy ... errr Grupo (g), I think Ernie and I and any others who grumbled about the Website had probably all seen your posts about it getting revamped. But I think the update was first mentioned several week ago and was later put on hold because "too many other things were happening at DCI" (to paraphrase and if memory serves). I think Ernie's principal point was if they're going to encourage people to sign the Guestbook, they should tell them why. My main points were if you're going to encourage people to look at something, (1) it should be something you're proud of and (2) it needn't take much management time away from more important activities since they can (and should!) contract this work out. I also don't think it's necessary to time a Website update with any particular news release: they ought to do it ASAP and with or w/o any special news. Websites are supposed to be "living things" and should be updated with timely information frequently enough to get people to keep periodically checking them. I don't want to beat a dead horse and I understand Joe has already taken notice of the comments people have made. I just don't want the update to be held up for unnecessary reasons (yes, I'm one of those that "wanted it yesterday") and I want it to occur for the "right" reasons. I'll be quiet now ... (I promise). Dan
