Shelly, << sounds like you speak from experience >> I'm sure the information age has made dramatic changes as to the Asia of only 10 years ago. When one sees no philosophical change over 25 years, it's hard to believe true capitalism can be instilled in a crony culture in such a short time. Not to say America is crony free. It certainly existed in my workplace. You took care of the people who got you there, culture aside. Again, no ethnic analogies intended, although the Taiwanese manager I had at TI during my last 8 years may disagree. :-) Larry
