March 16, 1998 Chronimed Inc. Buys Diagnostic Products Maker Dow Jones Newswires MINNEAPOLIS -- Chronimed Inc. (CHMD) said Monday it bought Dia-Screen Corp., Minneapolis, a developer and manufacturer of blood and urine diagnostic products used in institutional and in-home testing markets worldwide. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Chronimed is a healthcare company specializing in services and products for patients with chronic health conditions.
