Ming and Mark:

It looks like the current price of silver is a bottom
for the Indian market. See the Reuters report in
Kitco about Indian silver demand in Dubai picking up
now that prices have decreased.

Remember that the regulations were reduced for the
Indian market for the beginning of the year. Historically
it was 20 - 25% above the world market. This would
mean that the current $6.00 price is probably equivalent
to the historical $5.00 per ounce price.
