Who has been brought in shackled after several attempts to flee the country. We shall prove today that Ricearoni has continued a pattern of criminal activity which began with his fleeing Israel, allegedly by camel in the middle of the night some thirteen years ago. He came to this country supposedly only for a few days. His creditors have chased him down like the fugitive that he is and have filed documents in bankruptcy court seeking to garnish his real estate and ACRT holdings. The Commercial Finance Institution is a storefront operation with only $50,000 in capital and is a front for an Israeli business. The company's insurance company, American Indemnity has decided not to underwrite future business for ACRT and other insurers such as AIG, Old Continental, Fidelity & Deposit and Trade Underwriters are unlikely to pick up coverage. Aharoni's options were canceled his the extension on his employment agreement revoked as an attempt to further enrich himself in a future options and employment agreement. Many hucksters and promoters have suggested that a legitimate firm would try to pick up coverage. Karl Reeves at bucket shop, Taglich Brothers suggested that Raymond James would pick up coverage. There shall be no Raymond James research, no Legg Mason, nor any other reputable firm would lend their name to this company. Zeller Weiss and Kahn are the so-called auditors that cooked the books under the watchful eye of Elizabeth Melnik, a former bookkeeper at a seeing eye dog foundation. There is some question as to the value of the TADs in the safe. With the bankruptcy filing in U.S. Bankruptcy Court against Ricearoni and Mrs. Rice other authorities should be close behind in their investigation. Judge Pink, your honor, I respectfully submit my opening statement and look forward to responding to defense arguments. I trust that when the trial is through, He will be found guilty of charges brought against him here today and sentenced to pay for his crime with the maximum scope of the law.
