I for one am glad that Apple settled back today. I got the opportunity to buy back my April 25 covered calls at 3/4 's. I lost alittle on the deal, but was dreading watching a stock I've held onto for so many years run away from me. I think today's action was totally in concert with Compaq's problems, but I also think that Apple's business outlook is quite independent from the other PC makers. I'm hoping that things start to recover and Apple get's back on track. (I'm also hoping that CPQ gets it together again, because buying CPQ stock has made it easier to hold Apple stock for all of these years!)

Essam,

I haven't been back to verify that 24+ trade, but you have to remember
that the trades after-hours are so scarce that you could not take it
too seriously. It only provides you general idea about what will be
the opening price tomorrow.

There are two good news for G3's sales in Europe as well as in
Canada:

Infrastructure Gutted, but Sales up? (Sales up 30% in Canada.)

I bet you'll have a good sleep tonight.
