Hi Doug- You make a valid point, if the market was always rational. However, the key part of my earlier response that was not factored in by the market earlier was all the warnings by other hi-tech companies. In particular, the fact that the warnings(some, not all) specifically alluded to weakness in North America(not Asia), where Bay was also weak last quarter. Also, as people may already know that the quarter is a question mark, they still hope for positive news as the quarter rolls along. As we approach the end of the quarter, people's risk tolerance becomes a time-factor and those with a lower tolerance for risk/uncertainty bail out. Just one man's opinion. I still believe the company is doing right on the fundamental; it is the stock price in the short term that obviously is a concern. Paul
