Tommaso: I used to live next to a lunatic. Actually it was three lunatics, husband, wife, and child. I had to sell the house and move to get rid of them. The police and the city council couldn't do anything about their flagrant abuse of property damage, trespass, nuisance, building code violations, city code violations, etc, etc. You guessed it... lawyers.
