Everyday we read about the offerings and alliances of other companies. Our window of opportunity appears to be shrinking. I do not understand the delay in getting the DVGs to the initial WCOM locations.

How long could it take to determine the tariff issues and define 15 locations? In October FTEL announced they expected to install 250 DVGs in different locations. Didn't anyone check the tariff issues starting in October. It is 4 months later and there is no progress. It makes one wonder if there aren't other reasons the deployment to the 15 sites is delayed that haven't been disclosed to us.

Sorry for the negative post, but no news on NASDAQ (no news may not mean good news in this case), no progress announced on the WCOM deployment, and no sales announcements that Helen told me and others would be forthcoming over two weeks ago has me concerned, as I watch the window closing.

This is nothing but smoke and mirrors. In the industry we call this VaporWare. What does this mean...

"To ensure quality of phone service, RMI's customer calls will not be passed over the public Internet, but transmitted via RMI's private network."

So what are they trying to say...

"Rocky Mountain Internet provides Internet access, Web development hosting and co-location services to clients throughout the Rocky Mountain region. The company's frame relay backbone is the only Colorado-based network utilizing the industry-leading Cascade switching technology, with broadband B- STDX 9000 switches strategically placed throughout Denver, Boulder and Colorado
Springs to provide full network redundancy."

And why are they saying it...

"Additionally, RMI will waive set-up fees for any new customers that wish to sign up for a dial-up account at the same time as signing up for IP telephony service. "

What a great way to get customers! I think I'm going to be sick!
Franklin could have done this a long time ago. Then they would have been the first. Go figure!
