Hi Bob,

From what I heard on the conference call there is still no guarantee that wave meters will be installed in IBM PC's. Steven Sprague did say IBM signed a contract, but it had an OUT clause with no penalty if IBM did not install one meter. I believe he made that statement during the question and answer part of the call. IMO, that is why the stock price has'nt done anything to speak of for such an important announcement.

The street has not bought into this yet because a lot of promises have been made and nothing ever happens. Wave is notorious (not in a bad way) for announcing deals that sound big and end up nothing (e.g. Creative Labs..not sound cards as we were led to believe). Therefore, I think people may be reluctant to jump on board because of past history. Many people have lost money on Wave and are now saying...Prove it!

Personally, I think Wave will do great if given the distribution necessary to reach the mass market. Real news about products with wave meters should give us a nice boost. But the real money comes with income flow from the Wave meters. Five years from now, Wave could be as common as "Intel Inside"...alright maybe a wish!

Good luck....John
