Hi Mark,

Thanks for the links. Keep in mind that according to bobf, SAP was getting
very sweet deals in terms of DB pricing. He never said exact numbers but
the implication was, IFMX was not making any money dealing with SAP on
the contract terms they had at the time. This was from the Nov restatement
meeting and subsequent nationwide meetings with customers.

In terms of BAAN, they used to say they favored IFMX, but then they
backed off. Market pressure.
