it will be after the split...

if you'll excuse the smart-ass comment, i've had the same concerns regarding the increasing number of suits against safeskin and other glove manufacturers. i voiced these in a previous post on feb 2:

Message 3322935

but honestly, they didn't garner a response when you've got a chart going straight to venus. goddess of (g)love!

dbc.com

bad joke.

perhaps the street has already factored much of the litigation into the price. with suits spread over numerous producers and product backed by the force of law and a healthy amount of insurance, i feel pretty comfortable socking a solid portion of my small-cap aggressive growth portfolio into safeskin.

Me either, BUT read your own post to me b4 you start throwing this on me entirely! I merely like to give short to the point answers to things I find quite easy to understand. People get sued everyday for any reason. It is sue sue sue, the company has done the xtreme to make a product that is safe for its users. Therefore product liability issues could arise but I feel they will probably go away either being settled with money already set aside for such issues or negligence will never be proven. Every consumer business has such risks and must be accounted for in the business plan. Lawyers will sue anyone and everyone in the hopes one person will either fail to respond and get a default judgement or hope an insurance company throws money around to settle b4 the fees get huge. When you refuse to settle or negotiate with terrorists that policy will win in the long run. Sfsk probably will let these people blow in the wind and rack up legal expenses, I think it is easier to defend a favorable case then to bring one. If you want to go short that is your business, I feel in the short short term 3-5 weeks you may make a few dollars. In the term 1-2 months that could be dangerous.

Woops, I guess your short idea, you warned us with may be dangerous alot sooner then I expected. Sfsk up 2 3/4 at 11:00 am tuesday. This could be the start of a split run into the $70's. I guess someone felt sfsk was a bargain at 61.

Hey Wmf,

Are you still here, we hit 70 1/4 today. I hope you did not actually follow thru with that short idea. It would really start to hurt about now! I advised you to not wait and watch us go go go up.
