i agree that prtl still looks great.looks like they may still be try ing to arb the tres deal .pretty strong offers at 26 last couple of days.think i told you that lehman analyst raised target from 28 to 35.you might look at tgrp. similar to prtl and lehman analyst added to fresh money buy list with 25 target.
